I was made feel very comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Dr Serrano was a gentleman from start to finish. I will specifically ask to see him in future and recommend him to others.

Open the surgery doors early, this morning it was raining but the staff would not open the doors until 8.30, we are sick people looking to get well, but instead we all stood out in the rain getting wet through catching colds But other than that it was all very good

He is a doctor who listens to me (78 yrs old) without making me feel I am wasting his time and will spare a couple of minutes to chat. So I don't feel he is clock watching. I appreciate his care and interest.

Dr Serrano is extremely professional and efficient, he examines a patient quickly and is fast to identify the problem and the remedial action needed - throughout he is sympathetic and shows empathy. I would highly recommend him to any patient.
